Sala Pro Cleaning
Sala Pro Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services are limited to those specifically listed in your booking confirmation.
Our services do not include heavy lifting, mould remediation, biohazard or trauma cleaning, pest control, exterior window cleaning above reachable height, construction work, repairs, or any task not expressly agreed upon. Any additional services requested on the day are subject to availability and additional charges.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. By making a booking with Sala Pro Cleaning, you confirm that you are authorised to request services at the property and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Sala Pro Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion, including where unsafe conditions exist.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment terms (pre-payment or post-service payment) will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Sala Pro Cleaning may charge additional fees if:
Late or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, failure to provide access, or last-minute changes may incur a late cancellation or call-out fee.
Repeated cancellations may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
You are responsible for providing safe, clear, and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
If Sala Pro Cleaning cannot access the property or is required to wait due to lack of access, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.
Clients must ensure the property is safe and free from hazards, including exposed wiring, aggressive animals, or unsafe flooring.
All pets must be secured during the service unless agreed otherwise. Sala Pro Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping or becoming distressed during cleaning.
Unless otherwise agreed, Sala Pro Cleaning supplies standard cleaning equipment and products.
If a client requests the use of their own products or equipment, Sala Pro Cleaning accepts no responsibility for performance issues, damage, or allergic reactions arising from their use.
Sala Pro Cleaning takes reasonable care while performing cleaning services. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Sala Pro Cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of completion.
Where reasonable, we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas. Refunds are issued at our discretion where re-performance is not possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Sala Pro Cleaning’s liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the cost of the service provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sala Pro Cleaning is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, illness, accidents, traffic delays, or government restrictions.
Sala Pro Cleaning collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of providing services and managing bookings. All personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
Sala Pro Cleaning may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
